  • New patient appointments are 30 minutes long with patient history, initial assessment and treatment included.

Existing patient appointments are 15 minutes long with brief assessment and treatment provided.

  • Chiropractic care may help soothe the muscles and ligaments that change as your pregnant body grows. Seeing a chiropractor while pregnant may reduce a host of pregnancy concerns including:

    • Low back pain

    • Ligament pain

    • Pelvis and sacrum pain

Pregnant mothers find that chiropractic adjustments improve their pregnancy and make delivery easier for themselves and their baby. Adjusting methods are always adapted to a patient’s size, weight, age, and condition of health.

  • Children of all ages, from infants to teenagers, can benefit from chiropractic care. Like adults, children often suffer from back and neck pain, headaches, and spinal injuries that have been shown to respond well to chiropractic treatment. When these problems are treated in childhood, they’re less likely to cause significant damage and discomfort later in life.

Since children’s bodies are still growing, it’s especially important to make sure their muscles, bones and nerves stay in good health. Their spines are also more flexible than those of adults, which means small spinal problems can be corrected more easily in a child than in an adult.

When working with children, chiropractors use the same basic principles that they do with adults but adapt their techniques to be suitable for children’s smaller frames and more delicate spines. Chiropractic care for children and teens often involves gentle touch and spinal palpation, soft tissue therapy (ART), stretching, and posture correction.
