Dr. Michael, certified through CanFitPro in 2003, examines patients’ medical histories and then test and measure the patients’ strength, range of motion, balance and coordination, posture, muscle performance, and motor function. Next, the therapist develops treatment plans describing a treatment strategy, its purpose, and its anticipated outcome.

Treatment often includes exercise for patients who lack flexibility, strength, or endurance. The goal is to improve how an individual functions at work, at home and with recreational activities. As treatment continues, we document the patient’s progress, conduct periodic examinations, and modify treatments when necessary.

Before creating any program we take objective measurements of your present state of fitness & wellness. This allows us to monitor your progress regularly and accurately, ensuring that you are on the right track towards improved and lasting health and wellness.
